Most of their highrise are empty & incouring monthly running cost..You stand on a high building and what you see Dubai is still surrounded by desert and waste land.. Has this city been built in Mumbai, Things cud have been different..One of these days these mushroom city will become Ghost towns..
They are really pushing for business and tourism in Dubai. So either that catches momentum, or yes, these big buildings will be empty. The future is exciting.
